GET YOUR HANDS ON A BURSARY WORTH Up To £1,000!

The Hanbury Countryside Show Society is delighted to offer an annual Educational Bursary worth up to £1,000, to one or more students enrolled on an agricultural or horticultural course at university or college.

Helping to advance education in connection with agriculture, horticulture, conservation, forestry and rural craft activities is one of the Society’s key charitable objectives, and the Bursary is awarded to students meeting certain criteria.

Bursary recipients are invited to attend the Show in July and we’re keen to develop long term relationships with them.

MEET FORMER BURSARY STUDENT BIZZA WALTERS

Bizza Walters is from a mixed family farm in Warwickshire where she also keeps pedigree and commercial sheep, and in 2018/2019 she was awarded the Hanbury Bursary to help with her studies at university. Bizza is now a social media figure, showing life on the farm as a voice for the next generation in agriculture. She joined TV presenter and countryman Jules Hudson as one of the speakers in the Show’s Carter Jonas Talk Theatre this year.
